CENTRALIZED DIVERSION FUND: PROVIDED FLEXIBLE FUNDS TO SUPPORT PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS OR HOUSING INSTABIITY DUE TO INABILITY TO PAY RENT, WITH MOVE IN COSTS, RELOCATION ASSISTANCE, PAYMENT ON PREVIOUS HOUSING DEBT AND OTHER EXPENSES THAT SERVED AS A BARRIER TO PERMANENT HOUSING.
