WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT: PROVIDE WORKER TRAINING SUPPORT THROUGH PAYMENTS FOR CONTINUED EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS.
CENTRALIZED DIVERSION FUND: PROVIDED SUPPORT TO PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS SUCH AS HELP WITH MOVE IN COSTS, RELOCATION ASSISTANCE, PAYMENT ON PREVIOUS HOUSING DEBT AND OTHER EXPENSES THAT SERVED AS A BARRIER TO PERMANENT HOUSING.
