THE FESTIVAL IS THE ORGANIZATION'S SOLE SIGNATURE EVENT WHICH IS DEPENDENT UPON ON A LARGE, IN-PERSON GATHERING THAT WAS NOT FEASIBLE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
