LEADING FOR CHILDREN FOSTERS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AMONG ALL ADULTS IN THE CHILD'S ECOSYSTEM, STRENGTHENS RELATIONSHIPS FOR COLLECTIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING, AND BUILDS AGENCY AND EQUITY IN COMMUNITIES. WE PRACTICE THE GROUNDBREAKING HUMANITY FIRST MODEL, FOUNDED BY JUDY JABLON, TO IMPROVE EARLY LEARNING. IT IS A HUMANITY-CENTERED HOLISTIC APPROACH TO EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION THAT IS INCLUSIVE, EQUITABLE, AND COLLABORATIVE.
