THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES MENTORS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO HELP PELL GRANT ELIGIBLE STUDENTS ATTEND COLLEGE AND GRADUATE IN FOUR YEARS ("THE PROGRAM"). THE PROGRAM AWARDS COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO ACADEMICALLY HIGH-ACHIEVING HIGH SCHOOL FRESHMAN WITH DEMONSTRATED FINANCIAL NEED, AS MEASURED BY THE STANDARD ESTIMATED FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION ("EFC") SCALE. THE SCHOLARS ATTEND ONE OF THE ORGANIZATION'S PARTNER COLLEGES. TUITION, FEES AND ROOM AND BOARD ARE COVERED. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES STUDENTS WITH THE SUPPORT AND RESOURCES TO HELP THEM PREPARE FOR THE UNEXPECTED CHALLENGES FIRST GENERATION COLLEGE STUDENTS
