CURRENT YEAR OPERATIONS CONSISTED OF THE FUNDING OF TWO GRANTS FOR $33,545. THE GRANTS WERE APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. ALL GRANTS MUST MEET THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS CORPORATION IS FORMED, WHICH IS TO COMBAT OR PREVENT POLLUTION AND ENHANCE THE AIR QUALITY OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY OF CALIFORNIA. ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL OCCUR WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS OF THE KES CO-GENERATION FACILITY AT 11765 E. MOUNTAIN VIEW AVENUE, KINGSBURG, CA. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONTINUES TO ENTERTAIN PROPOSALS FOR FUNDING WITH THE ABOVE PARAMETERS.
