TO PROMOTE WORKSITE HEALTH AND COLLABORATE WITH HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS, COMMUNITY LEADERS, BUSINESSES AND INSTITUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES.

WELCOAZ PROVIDED HEALTH MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS TO EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS THROUGH THE HEALTH LIAISON PROGRAM. IN 2022, THIS PROGRAM CONDUCTED OVER 58,000 INDIVIDUAL HEALTH COACHING SESSIONS FOR 80 EMPLOYER GROUPS.PROVIDED MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS, HEALTH SCREENINGS AND ASSESSMENTS, EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND PRESENTATIONS, AND SUPPORT MATERIALS TO APPROXIMATELY 83 GROUPS.WELCOAZ PARTICIPATED IN APPROXIMATELY 15 ONSITE AND VIRTUAL HEALTH FAIRS/EXPOS WITH A TOTAL ATTENDANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 5,200 EMPLOYEES. THE SERVICES RENDERED: FITNESS DEMOS, HEALTH AND WELLNESS INFORMATION ON: WEIGHT LOSS, HEALTHY EATING, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, STRESS REDUCTION, SELF-CARE, AND LIFESTYLE DISEASE MANAGEMENT; AND PROVIDED FOOD DEMONSTRATIONS.
THE VERIFIED BY WELCOAZ WEB PORTAL WAS STARTED IN 2016. IT CONTINUES TO PROVIDE INCENTIVE TRACKING, CHALLENGES, AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION.WELCOAZ PROVIDED 1 EMPLOYER CHALLENGE FOR THE GREATER ARIZONA AREA CALLED THE "2022 MOVE YOUR SHOES CHALLENGE". ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS FROM ALL OVER ARIZONA COMPETED AGAINST EACH OTHER ON A VIRTUAL COURSE THAT SPANNED 200,000 STEPS. THERE WERE 19 ORGANIZATIONS THAT PARTICIAPTED AND OVER 1,300+ PARTICIPANTS IN THE CHALLENGE.
