WELCOAZ PROVIDED HEALTH MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS TO EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS THROUGH THE HEALTH LIAISON PROGRAM. IN 2021, THIS PROGRAM CONDUCTED OVER 50,000 INDIVIDUAL HEALTH COACHING SESSIONS FOR 80 EMPLOYER GROUPS.PROVIDED MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS, HEALTH SCREENINGS AND ASSESSMENTS, EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND PRESENTATIONS, AND SUPPORT MATERIALS TO APPROXIMATELY 83 GROUPS.DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, OUR HEALTH FAIRS WENT VIRTUAL. WELCOAZ PARTICIPATED IN 2 VIRTUAL HEALTH FAIRS WITH A TOTAL ATTENDANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 100 EMPLOYEES. THE SERVICES RENDERED INCLUDED FITNESS DEMONSTRATIONS, AND HEALTH AND WELLNESS INFORMATION ON WEIGHT LOSS, HEALTHY EATING, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, STRESS REDUCTION, SELF-CARE, AND LIFESTYLE DISEASE MANAGEMENT. WELCOAZ ALSO PROVIDED FOOD DEMONSTRATIONS AS PART OF THESE FAIRS.
THE VERIFIED BY WELCOAZ WEB PORTAL WAS STARTED IN 2016. IT CONTINUES TO PROVIDE INCENTIVE TRACKING, CHALLENGES, AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION.WELCOAZ PROVIDED 1 EMPLOYER CHALLENGE FOR THE GREATER ARIZONA AREA CALLED THE "2021 SPRINT TO SUMMER CASH CHALLENGE". ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS FROM ALL OVER ARIZONA COMPETED AGAINST EACH OTHER ON A VIRTUAL COURSE THAT SPANNED 200,000 STEPS. THERE WERE 14 ORGANIZATIONS THAT PARTICIPATED AND OVER 1,150+ PARTICIPANTS IN THE CHALLENGE.
