THE ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO SECURING ACCESS TO TIMELY, QUALITY AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE FOR EVERYONE IN COLORADO. CFHP WORKS TO ACHIEVE OUR MISSION THROUGH EDUCATION, FACILITATION AND ADVOCACY. WE WORK DIRECTLY WITH COMMUNITIES TO INCREASE ACCESS TO HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE AND CARE AS WELL AS WITH STATE AGENCY STAFF AND POLICY MAKERS TO DEVELOP SOUND POLICIES THAT IMPROVE ACCESS TO CARE FOR THE MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED. WE PROVIDE ONGOING COMMUNICATIONS AND EDUCATION TO OUR MEMBERS THROUGH MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS, OUR ANNUAL MEETING AND OUR ANNUAL LUNCHEON.
