TO BROADEN AND IMPROVE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP RESOURCES TO ISLAND ADULTS BY PROVIDING EDUCATION, TRAINING WORKSHOPS, AND COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS TO ACCOMPLISH PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND GREATER COMMUNITY COLLABORATION. THE PROGRAM HAD 13 PARTICIPANTS.
DEVELOPMENT OF AN ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CLASSES. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED A GOVERNMENT GRANT TO HIRE 5 CONTRACTORS WHO WERE FURLOUGHED OR LOST THEIR BUSINESSES DUE TO THE COVID-19 SHUTDOWN. THE WEBSITE HAS SINCE HOSTED MANY MEETINGS, WEBINARS, AND CONFERENCES, HELPING NONPROFIT AND BUSINESS LEADERS GAIN LEADERSHIP KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND NETWORKING.
