MONAHANS INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION CONTINUED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDUSTRIAL LOOP IN AN ATTEMPT TO LURE PROSPECTS AND FUTURE INDUSTRY INTO THE LOCAL COMMERCE. BUILDING PROJECT NUMBER 2 WAS COMPLETED IN 2008 AND SOLD IN 2009 TO A NEW BUSINESS LOCATING IN MONAHANS. MONAHANS INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION INCURRED FEES FOR 2010 AND 2011 TO MAINTAIN IT'S PRESENCE IN THE CITY OF MONAHANS AND TO ASSIST THE MONAHANS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WITH NEW COMMERCIAL PROSPECTS. SEVERAL NEW PROJECTS ARE BEING CONSIDERED AND THE PROSPECTS CONTINUE TO APPEAR FAVORABLE FOR THE LONG TERM.
