THLN CONDUCTS GRASSROOTS LOBBYING FOR THE PASSAGE OF ANIMAL WELFARE LEGISLATION IN TEXAS AND TO DEFEAT LEGISLATION THAT WOULD NEGATIVELY AFFECT ANIMAL WELFARE.
