THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO SUPPORT THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE SPECIALTY ADVERTISING INDUSTRY IN THE SOUTHWEST REGION OF THE UNITED STATES BY PROVIDING SERVICES, SUCH AS INDUSTRY EDUCATION, STATISTICAL STANDARDS, AND RESEARCH PROGRAMS, TO IMPROVE ITS SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC, TO DISSEMINATE INFORMATION ABOUT THE INDUSTRY, TO SUPPORT PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL, AND TO ENGAGE IN SUCH OTHER LAWFUL TRADE ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY DETERMINE.
