LOUISIANA REALTORS IS A MEMBER BASED TRADE ASSOCIATION ESTABLISHED TO ASSIST ITS MEMBERS IN THE BUSINESS OF REAL ESTATE AND TO PROVIDE OPTIMUM MEMBER RESOURCES WHILE SERVING AS AN ADVOCATE FOR REALTORS AND CONSUMERS.

CONVENTIONS AND MEETINGS- LOUISIANA REALTORS HOST FOUR MEETINGS EACH YEAR TO PROVIDE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES ALONG WITH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CONTINUING EDUCATION OFFERINGS. THE MEETINGS SERVE AS A PLATFORM ENSURING MEMBERS RECIEVE THE LATEST INFORMATION ON ISSUES AFFECTING THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. GOVERNANCE MEETINGS ARE HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH MEETINGS ALONG WITH THE ANNUAL INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS.


ADVOCACY- LOUISIANA REALTORS MONITOR, RECOMMEND, AND SUPPORT OR OPPOSE STATE LEGISLATION AND REGULATORY POLICIES THAT AFFECT THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY IN LOUISIANA.


LEGAL, LEGISLATIVE, AND RISK MANAGEMENT- LOUISIANA REALTORS PROVIDE RESOURCES TO ITS MEMBERS THROUGH ACCESS TO A LEGAL HOTLINE SERVICE WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE ASSOCIATION'S LEGAL COUNSEL WHO CAN PROVIDE INFORMATION ON A VARIETY OF REAL ESTATE RELATED TOPICS. ADDITIONALLY, LOCAL BOARDS IN THE STATE HAVE ACCESS TO LEGAL COUNSEL TO ASSIST IN DEALING WITH ISSUES INCLUDING GOVERNANCE AND EMPLOYMENT MATTERS.
