PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES DESIGNATED TO PRESERVE, PROMOTE, AND ENHANCE COMMERCE IN THE CITY OF ROGERS, ARKANSAS THROUGH DEVELOPING AND INVOLVING LEADERS, HONORING AND SERVING ALL BUSINESSES IN THE COMMUNITY, PROMOTING FREE ENTERPRISE, AND EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY THROUGH CONFERENCES AND ADVERTISING.THE CHAMBER CONTINUES TO HOLD A FIVE-STAR ACCREDITATION WITH THE U.S. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. ACCREDITATION WITH THE UNITED STATES CHAMBER OF COMMERCE DEFINES EXCELLENCE IN CHAMBER PLANNING AND RECOGNIZES OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD POSITIVE CHANGE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. ACCREDITATION STATISTICS, AS JUNE 2022, OUT OF THE 7,000 CHAMBERS IN THE UNITED STATES, ONLY 198 CHAMBERS ARE ACCREDITED. DOWNTOWN ROGERS EXPERIENCED THE GROWTH OF 30 NEW BUSINESSES IN 2020 INCLUDING: ADDITIONS TO THE VENDOR COMMUNITY: ASMBLY AGENCY, AUXARK CONSULTING, COLLAB DESIGN CO., AND OZARK TALENT BANK ART GALLERIES/LOCALLY MADE: ARTISTS OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS GALLERY, INTO+VIEW GALLERY & STUDIO, THE LITTLE CANDLE NWA RETAIL: BRICK LANE BOOKS, 2ND STREET OUTPOST, MAVIS WINE CO., SALONS AND TATTOO SHOPS: BLACK MOTH TATTOO, SAVED BY GRACE TATTOO RESTAURANTS: 120 TAPAS BAR, THE FIVE6, NACHO TATERSFOUR ROW HOUSES WERE BUILT ON W PERSIMMON TO HELP RESPOND TO THE NEED FOR RESIDENTIAL UNITS, A DEVELOPMENT OF 7 TINY HOUSES IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR USE AS TEMPORARY LODGING. DOZENS OF BUSINESSES ARE CONTRIBUTING TO QUALITY OF LIFE WITH A GROWING NUMBER OF BUSINESSES THAT OFFER ORIGINAL ART BY REGIONAL ARTISTS, LIVE MUSIC, AND INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCES.VISIT ROGERS CONTINUED TO WORK WITH THE COMMUNITY DRAWING IN VISITORS, GROUPS AND EVENTS INTO THE COMMUNITY. 134 LEADS AND 57,024 ROOM NIGHTS WERE SOURCED IN 2021.
