REVOLVING LOAN PROGRAMEPC IS A U.S. TREASURY CERTIFIED COMMUNITY LENDER. THE ORGANIZATION ADMINISTERS LOANS TO SMALL BUSINESSES AND POTENTIAL HOMEBUYERS IN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES IN THE EL PASO, TX AREA TO FACILITATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.


AFFORDABLE RENTAL PROGRAMEPC ACQUIRED 16 FORECLOSED SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES WITH FEDERAL FUNDS (HUD NSP2) AND AN ADDITIONAL 2 HOMES FROM THE CITY OF EL PASO (HUD NSP1). IN 2023, FOUR ADDITIONAL HOMES WERE PURCHASED. ALL 22 UNITS ARE RENTED BELOW MARKET RENTS TO LOW-MODERATE-MIDDLE INCOME HOUSEHOLDS.
