REVOLVING LOAN PROGRAMEPC IS A U.S. TREASURY CERTIFIED COMMUNITY LENDER. THE ORGANIZATION ADMINISTERS LOANS TO SMALL BUSINESSES AND POTENTIAL HOMEBUYERS IN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES IN THE EL PASO, TX AREA TO FACILITATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
AFFORDABLE RENTAL PROGRAM (NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM #2)EPC ACQUIRED 16 FORECLOSED SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES WITH FEDERAL FUNDS (HUD NSP2) AND AN ADDITIONAL 2 HOMES FROM THE CITY OF EL PASO (HUD NSP1). ALL 18 UNITS ARE RENTED BELOW MARKET RENTS AS PUBLISHED BY HUD TO LOW-MODERATE-MIDDLE INCOME HOUSEHOLDS. PROGRAM INCOME IS RESTRICTED FOR ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES SUCH AS CONTINUED ACQUISITION AND REHABILITATION OF ADDITIONAL HOMES, WITH A SMALL PORTION ALLOWED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE USE.
