ALLOCATONS TO PARTNER AGENCIES TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS THAT FOCUS ON AREAS OF EDUCATION, INCOME AND HEALTH. PARTNER AGENCIES SUBMIT ANNUALLY A COMPREHENSIVE APPLICATON THAT IS REVIEWED BY THE ALLOCATION COMMITTEE TO DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS SERVED BY THE PROGRAM, THE INTENDED BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM, AND HOW THE AGENCY MEASURES THE SUCCESS OF THE PROGRAM. REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PARTNER AGENCIES SUBMIT THE APPLICATION TO THE ALLOCATOIN COMMITTEE IN PERSON AS PART OF AN ANNUAL REVIEW TO ALLOW FOR ANY NEEDED EXPLANATION. THE ALLOCATION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS THE AMOUNT TO BE AWARDED TO EACH PROGRAM AND SUBMITS THE PROPOSAL TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR APPROVAL.
