METAFUND ACHIEVES SUSTAINABLE SOCIAL IMPACT BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO DIVERSE SOURCES OF CAPITAL, AS WELL AS STRATEGIC ADVICE, GENERATING CREATIVE SOLUTIONS THAT BENEFIT UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES.

METAFUND CORPORATION'S BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE SOCIAL IMPACT BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO DIVERSE SOURCES OF CAPITAL, AS WELL AS STRATEGIC ADVICE, GENERATING CREATIVE SOLUTIONS THAT BENEFIT UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES AND BUSINESSES. OUR PROGRAM SOLUTIONS INCLUDE TAX-CREDIT ELIGIBLE INVESTMENTS, FLEXIBLE DIRECT LENDING AND CREDIT ENHANCEMENT INVESTMENTS FOR MISSION-BASED ORGANIZATIONS AND SMALL BUSINESSES IN QUALIFYING AREAS, LOW-INCOME HOUSING-RELATED MORTGAGE ACQUISITIONS, AND UP-FRONT FINANCING FOR PAY-FOR-SUCCESS OUTCOME-BASED REPAYMENT STRUCTURES FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS THAT CREATE MEASURABLE PUBLIC BENEFITS.
