TO PROVIDE JOHNSON COUNTY, KS A BUSINESS INCUBATOR PROGRAM TARGETING INDUSTRIES INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND OTHER START-UP COMPANIES.
ECJC WAS A FISCAL SPONSOR FOR UVP UNTIL THEY RECEIVED THEIR TAX EXEMPT STATUS. ECJC RECEIVED CHARITABLE DONATIONS ON BEHALF OF UVP AND THEN DISTRIBUTED TO UVP AFTER CHARGING A 3% ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE. THERE WAS A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF ACCOUNTING SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED BY ECJC CONTROLLER.
