WE CARE A LOT FOUNDATION IS A PROGRAM MANAGER FOR THE REGIONAL SELF- ADVOCACY PROJECT. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES SERVICES AND FORUMS WHERE ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES LEARN AND PRACTICE SELF-ADVOCACY, LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, AND PEER-TO-PEER TEACHING IN THE NINE COUNTIES OF FAR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. FAR NORTHERN REGIONAL CENTER PROVIDES THE FUNDING NECESSARY FOR THESE SUPPORT SERVICES.
