STRONG FOUNDATIONS EARLY LEARNING CENTER A STATE LICENSED CENTER WHICH PROVIDES CARE SERVICES FOR CHILDREN OF THE TRANSITIONAL AND EMERGENCY HOUSING PROGRAM AND FAMILIES IN THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY FOR AGES INFANT TO 5 YEARS.
