THESE ENTITIES ARE DISCLOSED ON SCHEDULE R. THE LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ARE DEVELOPED AND OPERATED BY COMMUNITY HOUSINGWORKS (CHW), A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT CORPORATION, AS AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME PERSONS. EACH OF THESE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP'S FILE A SEPARATE PARTNERSHIP TAX RETURN FORM 1065 (FEDERAL) AND FORM 565 (STATE).
