PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS:AS OF JANUARY 1, 2021 WCH WAS THE MANAGING GENERAL PARTNER OF 106 LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDIT PARTNERSHIPS ("PARTNERSHIPS"). THESE 106 PARTNERSHIPS OWNED 104 AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMUNITIES IN CALIFORNIA AND TWO IN ARIZONA THAT COLLECTIVELY OWNED APPROXIMATELY 8,663 AFFORDABLE UNITS. DURING 2021 WCH BECAME THE MANAGING GENERAL PARTNER OF 5 NEW PARTNERSHIPS ADDING 406 MORE AFFORDABLE COMMUNITIES IN CALIFORNIA.AS A RESULT OF THESE ACCOMPLISHMENTS, WCH WAS THE MANAGING GENERAL PARTNER OF 106 PARTNERSHIPS BY DECEMBER 31, 2021.
