OUR MISSION IS TO BUILD THE CAPACITY OF LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME COMMUNITIES TO ACHIEVE AND SUSTAIN ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON NATIVE HAWAIIANS.

GENERAL PROGRAM - HAWAIIAN COMMUNITY ASSETS SERVED OVER 1,600 INDIVIDUALS DURING 2023 WITH HOUSING COUNSELING AND FINANCIAL LITERACY SERVICES TO PROMOTE HOUSING STABILITY, AFFORDABILITY, AND SUSTAINABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP. THIS PROGRAM INCLUDED GRANTS OF $40,940 TO YOUTH PARTICIPANTS IN FINANCIAL LITERACY COHORTS.

EDUCATION - HAWAIIAN COMMUNITY ASSETS SERVED OVER 2,027 INDIVIDUALS DURING 2023 WHO ATTENDED HOMEBUYER WORKSHOPS AND RENTAL EDUCATION/FINANCIAL EDUCATION WORKSHOPS. HCA COLLECTED $111,533 FROM THE SALE OF BOOKS AND PROGRAM FEES.
