HOME BUYING EDUCATION AND GUIDANCE: PORTLAND HOUSING CENTER PROVIDES PRE-PURCHASE HOME BUYER EDUCATION, PRE-PURCHASE ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING AND CLASSES ON FINANCIAL LITERACY FOR HOMEOWNERS.
FINANCIAL SERVICES: PORTLAND HOUSING CENTER PROVIDES SEVERAL TYPES OF DIRECT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ELIGIBLE HOME BUYERS INCLUDING DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE GRANTS, MATCH SAVINGS FUNDS, AND A FULLY AMORTIZING 2ND MORTGAGE PRODUCT.
