PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT, SUPPORT THE TOURISM BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, AND SERVE AS THE LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER.
