THE GREAT RIVER OUTREACH IS A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT BRINGS PEOPLE TOGETHER TO HELP BUID UP AND DEVELOPE OUR LOCAL COMUNITIES. WE PROVIDE A WELCOMING SPACE WITH PRACTICAL RESOURCES THAT DELIVER HOLISTIC CARE AND HELP MEETING ESSENTIAL NEEDS FOR MANY IN OUR COMMUNITY AND SURROUNDING AREA. GRO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN PROVINDING FOOD, CLOTHING, AND SHELTER TO CARROLL COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA SINCE 2007. SINCE 2020, GRO HAS OPENED THE DOORS TO BRIDGES, THE CLASSY CLOSET, AND THE TABLE/GOLDEN MEALS CENTERS AT 417, 413, AND 411 MAIN STREET RESPECTIVELY IN SAVANNA. THESE THREE COMPONENTS OF GRO AND THE BUILDING IN WHICH THEY OPPERATE, SUPPORT THE MISSION OF THEIR OUTREACH WHICK IS TO EMBRACE A CHRIST-CENTERED MISSION TO CO-ORDINATE THE MOST EFFECTIVE ACCESS TO CLOTHING, FOOD, SHELTER, AND OTHER SUPPORT FOR THOSE IN NEED, OFFERING A HAND UPIN LIFE.
