AGENCIES ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDING ARE THOSE THAT SERVE PEOPLE IN NEED AND WHOSE PROGRAMS ARE DIRECTED TOWARD MEETING NEEDS OR ASSISTING WITH ISSUES RELATED TO FOOD, SHELTER, DISABILITIES, HEALTH, AGE, ABUSE OR CHILDREN'S EDUCATION.
