(HPH) GOOD SHEPHERD HOSPICE, INC. (GSH) AND HOSPICE OF OKEECHOBEE (HOK). THE ORGANIZATION ACCEPTS DONATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC. THE NET PROCEEDS OF THESE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES FLOW TO LPH, HPH, GSH, HOK TO SUPPORT ITS END-OF-LIFE HOSPICE SERVICES.
