THE MOBILE AREA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, INC. IS A PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE TRADE ASSOCIATION IN THE MOBILE, AL AREA. IT WAS CREATED TO PROMOTE THE LOCAL REAL ESTATE INDUSRTY AND ENCOURAGE HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT AMONG REAL ESTATEPROFESSONALS.

A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE ASSOCIATION'S REVENUES ARE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES AND FEES WHICH ARE USED BY THE ORGANIZATION TO FUND NECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE AND GENERAL COSTS USED TO SERVE AS THE TRADE GROUP FOR THE LOCAL REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES INFORMATION TO THE MEMBERS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR REGARDING NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY RELATED TO REGULATION, TECHNOLOGY, REAL ESTATE FINANCING, LOCAL ECONOMICS, AND GENERAL BUSINESS CONDITIONS. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND OFFERS GUIDANCE TO ITS MEMBERS CONCERNING DISPUTES ARISING FROM REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS.
