I.SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH:CONTINUED TO PROVIDE AUDIENCE FOR THE HEALTH, WELL-BEING, ACADEMIC AND LIFE SUCCESS OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES; LOCAL FOCUS HAS BEEN CENTERED ON ENSURING EVERY CHILD HAS AN EQUITABLE OPPORTUNITY TO SUCCEED AND THE EFFORT TO EXTEND THE OREGON HEALTH PLAN TO COVER ALL CHILDREN IN OREGON AND EXPAND SCHOOL HEALTH CENTERS. II.REGIONAL COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN:2022 OUTPUTS INCLUDE: TRANSITION OF RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CHIP COORDINATION AND FUTURE WORK TO JACKSON COUNTY HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES DIVISION WHICH RECEIVED OHA PUBLIC HEALTH MODERNIZATION FUNDING TO CONTINUE TO MANAGE THE CURRENT CHIP AND KICK OFF THE NEXT 2024 COMMUNITY HEALTH ASSESSMENT. JRHA LEADERSHIP WILL SUPPORT JCHHS AS THEY CONTINUE IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL IN FOR HEALTH AND CREATE GREATER ALIGNMENT OF INDIVIDUAL ORGANIZATIONAL WORK PLANS AND ENSURE BEST USE OF COMMUNITY RESOURCES. JCHHS WILL COORDINATE MEETINGS OF A NEW LEADERSHIP TEAM AND ISSUE-FOCUSED WORKGROUPS; SERVE AS COMMUNICATIONS HUB FOR THIS TWO-COUNTY INITIATIVE; PROVIDE PRESENTATIONS FOR THE STATE COLLABORATIVES, CORE AND OTHERS AS REQUESTED. 2023 WILL FIND THE CURRENT WEBSITE FOR ALL IN FOR HEALTH MOVING UNDER THE JCHHS PROJECT. ALL CHA/CHIP MATERIALS DEVELOPED UNDER THE JRHA STAFF LEADERSHIP WERE PROVIDED ON THUMB-DRIVE TO CURRENT JCHHS CONSULTANT. PRESENTATIONS FROM JCHHS AND THE CHA/CHIP TEAM WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE FUTURE IN THE JRHA LEARNING COMMUNITY AS REQUESTED OR NEEDED.III.JRHA ADMINISTRATION:2022 OUTPUTS INCLUDE: TRANSITIONING FROM THE .80 FTE COLLABORATIVE MANAGER STAFF POSITION TO A CONTRACT MEETING FACILITATOR AND IN-KIND EXECUTIVE BACKBONE INCLUDING BOOKKEEPING, CLERICAL AND ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION PROCESS. CHAIR BILL THORNDIKE AND THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE HELD FIVE BOARD MEETINGS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, AS WELL AS MONTHLY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETINGS.
