THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO THE PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORY, HERITAGE AND IDEALS OF FLORIDA CATTLEMEN AND TO THE ENHANCEMENT OF BEEF PRODUCTION AND MARKETING PRACTICES FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS. THE FOUNDATION'S SUPPORT OF EDUCATION, RESEARCH, AND FACILITATION OF LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS WILL ENSURE AND ENHANCE THE FLORIDA BEEF INDUSTRY. IT WILL KEEP THE RICH HERITAGE OF CATTLE RANCHING VIABLE AND PROGRESSIVE IN THE YEARS AND GENERATIONS TO COME THROUGH A VARIETY OF METHODS SUCH AS RESEARCH FUNDING, ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP, LAND MANAGEMENT PROMOTION, YOUTH EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS, HISTORIC ARTIFACT PRESERVATION AND YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS.

THESE ARE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE RANCH RODEO AND COWBOY HERITAGE WEEKEND THAT ENABLES COWBOYS AND RANCHERS THROUGHOUT FLORIDA TO SHOW OFF THEIR SKILLS THROUGH VARIOUS ACTIVITIES AND FURTHER THEIR INVOLVEMENT IN THE INDUSTRY.
THESE COSTS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH DEVELOPING MANAGEMENT SKILLS TO LEAD THE CATTLE INDUSTRY INTO THE NEXT GENERATION OF RANCHERS BENEFITING ALL CHOOSING TO FOLLOW THIS PROFESSION.
