THE ASSOCIATION CONDUCTS PROGRAMS TO ASSIST MEMBERS IN CAREER DEVELOPMENT. EXPENSES FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWARENESS CONCERNING THE ASSOCIATION, PUBLIC SAFETY AND POLICY MATTERS.
THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES FULL TIME AND RETAINED ATTORNEYS TO DEFEND MEMBERS IN DISCLIPINARY ACTIONS, SHOOTING SCENES AND CIVIL AND CRIMINAL ACTIONS.
THE ASSOCIATION SUPPORTS PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND LOBBYISTS TO AID IN OBTAINING LEGISLATIVE BENEFITS FOR ITS MEMBERS AND PUBLISHES A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER TO KEEP MEMBERS INFORMED ON ISSUES.
