CIRCLE OF SUPPORT INC PROVIDES IN HOME LIVING ASSISTANCE TO MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS ALLOWING THEM TO LIVE IN PRIVATE HOMES RATHER THAN INSTITUTIONS. THE SMARTT (SINGLE MOMS ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILTY FOR TRAINING AND TEACHING) PROGRAM, FOUNDED BY CIRCLE OF SUPPORT, INC, WAS DEVELOPED TO ASSIST SINGLE MOTHERS AND THEIR FAMILIES, PARTICULARLY THOSE ECONOMICALLY, EDUCATIONALLY, AND ENVIRONMENTALLY CHALLENGED.
