OUR PURPOSE IS TO LEAD THE CONTINUUM OF CARE IN COLLABORATION WITH AGENCIES TO DEVELOP AND PROVIDE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS TO REDUCE AND END HOMELESSNESS IN TAMPA-HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY.

HUD CONTINUUM OF CARE PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAMS AND OTHER GRANTS THAT PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUPPORTIVE HOUSING AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN THE TRANSITION FROM HOMELESSNESS AND TO ENABLE THEM TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE.
OPERATION REVEILLE IS AN INITIATIVE THAT COMBATS VETERAN HOMELESSNESS IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY THROUGH A COMMUNITY-WIDE EFFORT OF CONNECTING 25 VETERANS TO VITAL SERVICES, RESOURCES, AND HOUSING FOCUSED ASSISTANCE.
HUD'S EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT PROGRAM (ESG) EXPANDED TO PROVIDE COVID FUNDS THROUGH THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY. THE CITY OF TAMPA CONTRACTED WITH THHI TO ADMINISTER ESG FUNDS BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2020. OUT OF THE $5,281,324 OF ESG FUNDS IN THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, $4,434,467.96 WERE COVID FUNDS.
