DULUTH FALL FESTIVAL IS A TWO DAY FESTIVAL IN WHICH THE FOCUS IS THE HERITAGE OF DULUTH, GEORGIA. ALL PROCEEDS AFTER EXPENSES ARE DIRECTED TOWARD THE BEAUTIFICATION AND LANDSCAPING OF AREAS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA AND THE SUPPORT OF COMMUNITY PROJECTS.

THE 2021 FALL FESTIVAL WAS SPECTACULAR. PEOPLE CAME BACK IN LARGE NUMBERS TO SUPPORT THE FESTIVAL. WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE 149,063 IN GRANTS TO LOCAL NON-PROFITS AND THE DULUTH SCHOOL CLUSTER.
THE DULUTH FALL FESTIVAL WAS ABLE TO HOST SEVERAL SMALLER EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR INCLUDING CONCERTS,AND CHRISTMAS EVENTS AND TASTE OF DULUTH IN 2021. THE FESTIVAL WAS SUCCESSFUL IN KEEPING THE SMALL TOWN SPIRIT ALIVE AND WELL IN DULUTH, GEORGIA AS WELL BEING SUPPORTIVE IN THE REVITALIZATION OF THE CITY.
THE FESTIVAL HOLDS AN ANNUAL 5K ROAD RACE. THE RACE PROVIDED FUNDS TO SET ASIDE 14,000 FOR A GRANT TO WELLROOT FAMILY SERVICES. THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TRADITIONAL FOSTER HOMES FOR CHILDREN IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM OF GEORGIA, WRAP AROUND SUPPORT PROGRAMS FOR YOUNG ADULTS IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM AND HOUSING AND SUPPORT FOR AT-RISK FAMILIES. THE GRANT WAS PAID OUT IN JANUARY 2024.
