THE ORGANIZATION WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF WAYNE COUNTY. IT HELPS STUDENTS STAY IN SCHOOL AND MAKE RIGHT CHOICES BY CONNECTING SCHOOLS WITH NEEDED COMMUNITY RESOURCES. BY BRINGING RESOURCES, SERVICES, PARENTS, AND VOLUNTEERS INTO SCHOOLS, CSS CREATES A COMMUNITY OF CARING ADULTS WHO WORK HAND-IN-HAND WITH EDUCATORS. IN ADDITION TO ITS WORK IN AREA SCHOOLS, CSS SERVES AS THE PROGRAM COORDINATOR FOR NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY'S RESTORATIVE JUSTICE PROGRAM FOR WAYNE COUNTY.
