RECOVERY AND RESILIENCY - A PROGRAM THAT HELPS COMMUNITIES RECOVER FROM UNFORESEEN DISASTERS BY WORKING WITH GOVERNMENT AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO UNDERSTAND THE TRUE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITIES AND TO DEVELOP APPROPRIATE RESPONSES TO THE CRISIS.
