THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO EMPOWER FAMILIES CARING FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL HEALTHCARE AND DEVELOPMENTAL NEEDS, PROMOTING SAFE, STABLE AND NURTURING HOMES.
