HOUSING SINCE 2001, THE ORGANIZATION HAS COMPLETED OVER 140 HOUSING, REMODELING, AND VOLUNTEER WORKDAY PROJECTS FOR LOCAL NONPROFITS WORKING WITH PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND PROVIDED NEARLY 5 MILLION IN SAVINGS TO THESE ORGANIZATIONS. HISTORICALLY, HOMEAID PROVIDES 50%-85% OF THE TOTAL COST OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT THROUGH IN-KIND DONATIONS OF SERVICES AND MATERIALS.
OUTREACH THE ORGANIZATION REACHES OUT TO MEET THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS OF ATLANTA FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESS AND THE ORGANIZATIONS THAT ASSIST THEM. EVERY YEAR, WE COMPLETE SEVERAL HOMEAID CARE DAYS, HOMEAID CAREKITS, AND THE ESSENTIALS DRIVE.
