NATIONAL SCHOOLS OF CHARACTER: AN AWARDS PROGRAM THAT RECOGNIZES SCHOOLS AND DISTRICTS THAT EXEMPLIFY THE GOALS OF EFFECTIVE CHARACTER EDUCATION. THIS PROGRAM ALSO IMPLEMENTED ADDITIONAL CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS WITHIN COMMUNITIES.
