AN INFORMATION SERIES HAS BEEN MADE AVAILABLE TO GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMICS IN THE FIELD. THE INSTITUTE ALSO MAKES SCHOLARLY ARTICLES ON PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC WITHOUT CHARGE ON ITS WEBSITE.
