WE HAVE A CORE TEAM OF CROSS-PARTISAN ADVISORS TO IDENTIFY, EVALUATE, AND EXECUTE ON OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEMOCRACY REFORM. ON AN ONGOING BASIS, TEAMS ARE ASSEMBLED IN MULTIPLE STATES TO ASSESS CAMPAIGN VIABILITY, ENGAGING IN DATA GATHERING, FACT FINDING, AND INTERFACING WITH STAKEHOLDERS. WE ASSISTED IN THE LAUNCH OF ONE CAMPAIGN AND LEARNED FROM STATES THAT WE DID NOT MOVE FORWARD WITH. WE ALSO LAUNCHED AN INCUBATION PROGRAM FOR NASCENT SIMILARLY-MINDED ORGANIZATIONS WORKING IN DEMOCRACY REFORM.
