THE PULITZER CENTER'S PROGRAM SERVICES IN 2021 WERE IN PRINT JOURNALISM, BROADCAST JOURNALISM, AND THE DISSEMINATION OF BOTH THROUGH A BROAD PROGRAM OF OUTREACH AND EDUCATION. THE CENTER COMMISSIONED 227 REPORTING PROJECTS BY MORE THAN 332 PROFESSIONAL JOURNALISTS. THE CENTER'S EDUCATION AND OUTREACH PROGRAMS CREATED MORE THAN 600 IN-PERSON AND ONLINE EVENTS. OUR 400 VIRTUAL CLASSROOM VISITS REACHED AN AUDIENCE IN EXCESS OF 20,000 STUDENTS. THE CENTER SUPPORTED JOURNALISM OPPORTUNITIES FOR 62 STUDENTS AT ITS NETWORK OF 35-PLUS CAMPUS CONSORTIUM MEMBER SCHOOLS.
