THE MARY RANDALL CENTER IS A DAY PROGRAM FOR THOSE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND ARE COMPLETELY UNSHELTERED. IT PROVIDES A PLACE TO SHOWER, GET BREAKFAST AND LUNCH, DO LAUNDRY AND RECEIVE MAIL. CASE MANAGEMENT IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO HELP MOVE TOWARDS PERMANENT HOUSING. 343 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED THIS PAST YEAR.
WAYFARERS HOUSE IS A TRANSITIONAL SHELTER FOR SINGLE WOMEN AND HEADS OF HOUSEHOLDS WITH CHILDREN. IT OFFERS CASE MANAGEMENT TO SET GOALS TO MOVE FORWARD SO THAT PERMANENT HOUSING CAN BE OBTAINED. IN THE PAST YEAR, 35 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED THROUGH THIS PROGRAM.
THE WINTER SHELTER WAS RUN WITH MOTEL VOUCHERS THIS PAST YEAR DUE TO COVID. MEETING GROUND ALWAYS PROVIDES THE EMERGENCY SHELTER FOR THE COUNTY, THEREFORE WAS AWARDED THIS FUNDING FOR THE MOTEL VOUCHERS SO THAT THOSE WHO ARE UNSHELTERED HAD A WARM BED DURING THE COLDEST MONTHS OF THE YEAR. IN THE PAST YEAR, 96 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED.
