THE SOCIETY OF SAINT VINCENT DE PAUL SERVES OVER 100,000 PEOPLE IN NEED THROUGHOUT THE GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES OF THE DIOCESE OF PITTSBURGH (WHICH INCLUDES ALLEGHENY, BEAVER, BUTLER, GREENE, LAWRENCE, AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES); PROVIDING BASIC NEEDS ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF FOOD, CLOTHING, FURNITURE, HOUSEHOLD GOODS, UTILITY (GAS, ELECTRIC, AND WATER), RENTAL ASSISTANCE (FIRST MONTH'S RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT), AND INDIGENT BURIAL.
SEVERAL FOOD PANTRIES THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE AREA DISTRIBUTE FOOD AND CONSUMABLE GOODS TO ELIGIBLE LOCAL RESIDENTS
