LUTHERAN HOME AT KANE IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO PROVIDING QUALITY SKILLED NURSING CARE TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE REGION. WE OFFER A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY TO ASSIST THEM THROUGH THE AGING PROCESS. WE ARE DEVOTED TO MEETING OUR RESIDENTS' PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, INTELLECTUAL, AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS IN A HOME-LIKE SETTING. WE HAD A TOTAL OF 37,663 RESIDENT DAYS IN 2023 FROM THIS RURAL COMMUNITY THROUGH SKILLED NURSING, PERSONAL CARE AND INDEPENDENT LIVING.
