WITH CHRIST AT THE CENTER, THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO ADDRESS DEEP NEEDS OF THOSE CAUGHT IN CYCLES OF ADDICTION, INCARCERATION, AND UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS. AFTERCARE IS A PHASE-BASED PROGRAM; COMPLETION IS NOT DETERMINED BY THE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT IN THE PROGRAM, BUT RATHER THE SUCCESSFUL PROGRESSION THROUGH EACH PHASE. EACH PHASE CONSISTS OF SPECIFIC GOALS IN PERSONAL GROWTH AND COMMUNITY INTEGRATION. STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN GROUP CLASSES, INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING, AND LIFE SKILLS TRAINING.
