GEOGRAPHIC HUBS - THIS PROGRAM BRINGS FAITH COMMUNITIES TOGETHER ACROSS RELIGIOUS, RACIAL, AND POLITICAL DIVIDES TO BUILD TRUST AND WORK TOGETHER TO IMPROVE THEIR COMMUNITY. THESE MULTI-FAITH, TRANS-PARTISAN NETWORKS IDENTIFY THEIR CITYS MOST URGENT NEEDS AND WORK TOGETHER TO FIND NEW SOLUTIONS TO INTRACTABLE PROBLEMS. IN DOING SO, THEIR FAITH COMMUNITIES BUILD AN IDENTITY THAT TRANSCENDS PARTISAN DIVIDES AND ARRESTS THE CYCLE OF TOXIC POLARIZATION.
FAITH NETWORKS - THESE NETWORKS BRING LEADERS TOGETHER WITHIN THEIR FAITH TRADITION TO ADDRESS THE WAYS POLARIZATION IMPACTS THEIR CONGREGATIONS. IN A POLARIZED SOCIETY, MORAL LEADERSHIP CAN BE FRIGHTENING AND LONELY, BUT ONE AMERICAS FAITH NETWORKS PROVIDE RESOURCES, RELATIONSHIPS, AND RENEWAL FOR CLERGY AND LAY LEADERS SO THEY CAN LEAD WITH CONFIDENCE IN DIVISIVE TIMES.
FAITH OVER DIVISION - THE PROGRAM PROVIDES FAITH AND LAY LEADERS WITH TOOLS AND RESOURCES TO ADDRESS THE EFFECTS OF AMERICAS DIVISIONS IN THEIR CONGREGATIONS AND COMMUNITIES. THE INITIATIVE OF THE ONE AMERICA MOVEMENT IS FOCUSED ON EXPANDING OUR BROAD-BASED COALITION OF FAITH COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING ONLINE LEARNING, PUBLIC WORKSHOPS, AND PRACTICAL TOOLS FOR ADDRESSING POLARIZTION.
