ACCREDITATION AND SURVEYS - THESE SERVICES ARE GROUNDED IN OUR CORE VALUES OF PERSON-DIRECTED SUPPORTS AND MEASURES THE DIRECT IMPACT OF AN ORGANIZATION'S SERVICES ON THE LIVES OF PEOPLE SUPPORTED. CQL ACCREDITATION IS AN OBJECTIVE, EXTERNAL MEASUREMENT OF SERVICE QUALITY.
SPECIAL PROJECTS AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT - MONITORING AND EVALUATION PROJECTS ARE PROVIDED TO LARGE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HUMAN SERVICES SYSTEMS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVIDED TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, PEOPLE WHO ARE AGING, AND PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS.
