LEGAL PROGRAM: PROVIDED TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND LEGAL TRAINING TO REGIONAL PENSION COUNSELING PROJECTS AROUND THE COUNTRY. ALSO PROVIDED INFORMATION AND REFERRALS TO INDIVIDUALS WITH RETIREMENT PLAN QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS, WROTE FACT SHEETS AND BLOG POSTS, PRESENTED WEBINARS, AND FILED FRIEND-OF-THE-COURT BRIEFS.
PUBLIC POLICY PROGRAM: WORKED WITH EMPLOYEE, RETIREE, AND WOMEN'S ORGANIZATIONS TO PRESERVE PENSIONS AND DEVELOP IMPROVED RETIREMENT POLICIES. WROTE COMMENTS ON KEY REGULATORY ISSUES, EDUCATED WORKERS AND RETIREES ABOUT CHANGES IN THE LAW BOTH BY WRITING FACT SHEETS AND ALSO BY GIVING SPEECHES ON ZOOM.
