IRLI LITIGATED MORE THAN SIXTY CASES AND FILED MORE THAN FIFTY FRIEND-OF-THE-COURT BRIEFS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT, THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS, UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS, AND STATE COURTS, INCLUDING CASES DEFENDING THE PRESIDENT'S ACTIONS CONCERNING NATIONAL SECURITY AND NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY, PROTECTING FEDERAL-STATE COOPERATION IN IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT, PROTECTING AMERICAN WORKERS, PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT, DEFENDING PRO-ENFORCEMENT STATE AND LOCAL OFFICIALS, ENDING PUBLIC-BENEFIT WINDFALLS FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS, DEFENDING PRO-ENFORCEMENT FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, POLICIES, REFERENDA, AND INITIATIVES, PROTECTING ELECTORAL PROCESS INTEGRITY, PROTECTING EFFICIENCY OF IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT, AND EXPOSING GOVERNMENT ACTION TO PUBLIC INSPECTION THROUGH FOIA LAWSUITS.
